Logistics Management Panel

Logistics is where an ecommerce wins or loses: wrong stock generates returns and bad reviews, slow picking means late shipments. When Excel sheets and generic ERP modules can’t keep up anymore, you need a panel built on your warehouse.

The problem

Inventory updated “at the end of the day” (maybe), picking from printed lists, labels created on the carrier’s website copying addresses by hand, no trace of who did what. Every error costs a return, a complaint, a customer.

Symfony/PHP 8 or Golang for the most intensive flows, responsive web interfaces (handhelds included), carrier APIs, synchronization with Shopify/Sylius/Prestashop and ERPs.

The ERP module follows the accounting logic of the warehouse; the custom panel follows the physical work: picking, parcels, labels, carriers. The two coexist and stay in sync — operators use a tool designed for them.
