ERP Integration
An ecommerce doesn’t live alone: products and stock come from the ERP, orders must flow back to it, invoices start from there. When these steps are manual, the cost is daily. I design API integrations between ecommerce, ERP, PIM and external services that are robust and monitored.
What I do
- Synchronization of product data, price lists and stock from the ERP to the store (and back).
- Automatic transfer of orders, customers and documents to the ERP.
- PIM integration (Akeneo) for rich, multilingual catalogs.
- Connection with carriers, invoicing systems and third-party services.
- Dedicated middleware when the two systems can’t talk to each other directly.
Who it’s for
For anyone entering the same data twice, or trusting inventory “by eye”: every manual copy is an error waiting to happen.
How I work
I map the existing data flows, start from the integration that removes the most manual work and deliver with monitoring included. See Method.
Technologies
REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, queues (RabbitMQ, Symfony Messenger), PHP/Symfony, Node.js or Golang for the connectors, Akeneo, exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV, flat files).
