Client needs

With a fleet of vehicles that kept growing, managing fuel refills and trips had become complex.
The client used an Excel spreadsheet to handle the data, but this approach was no longer enough for the company’s needs.
Their collaborators sent fuel and trip data by message or photos, and it was then entered manually into the Excel file.

What was done

A mobile-first custom application was developed to manage fuel refills and trips for the client’s vehicle fleet.
The application allows operators to enter data directly from their smartphones, without having to use Excel spreadsheets or other manual tools. Reports are provided for all entered data, and a vehicle expiry schedule was also added.
